How to volunteer

Here at Link Leisure we have lots of volunteers coming from all different backgrounds, including police officers, teachers, students and office workers. Whether you have one night a week or just a few hours a month to spare, there will be something you can do with Link Leisure.

Helpers say that there is a real sense of community amongst Link Leisure volunteers and once people are involved with us they often find themselves helping out for a lot longer than they thought!

We are always looking for volunteers to help at our groups and your skills could be used for swimming, sports, drama, singing and much more!

If you are interested in volunteering with Link Leisure we can give you

  • Accreditation for your volunteering hours through “Vinvolved”

  • Great work experience

  • Skills to add to your CV

  • Specialist training

  • Duke of Edinburgh “Community” hours

  • Fun, rewarding work

  • Great network of other volunteers

Please register your interest in volunteering by e-mailing info@linkleisure.org.uk and we will send out an application form to complete or alternatively you can download the information below including the application form. Alternatively please call the Link Leisure office and ask to speak to either Kat Mack or Lesley Spong.
